PROTOCAST John List Corporation will be referred as Protocast- JLC within this document.

- Vendor must immediately notify Protocast-JLC of nonconforming product and obtain Protocast-JLC approval for disposition of nonconforming product
- Vendor must notify Protocast-JLC of changes to their product and/or process definition and, where required, obtain the approval of Protocast-JLC to fulfill the order
- Vendor may not transfer work to a different facility than the address listed on the purchase order or to a sub tier, without written approval from Protocast-JLC
- By accepting this order, Vendor verifies that they have the required customer or regulatory approval as listed above
- Vendor’s purchase orders must flow down all applicable requirements to sub-tier suppliers
- Acceptance of this contract includes acceptance of right-to-entry for Protocast/John List Corporation, our customers, and any regulatory agencies to determine and verify the quality of work, records, and material at any place, including your facility
- Vendor must retain records relating to this purchase order for not less than ten years in a method that keeps them legible, readily identifiable, and retrievable
- Vendor must prevent use or delivery of counterfeit or fraudulent product that may impact the quality or acceptability of final Protocast-JLC shipped product
- This purchase order may be subject to export controls and restrictions including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Regulations, or the sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. The recipient agrees not to disclose, transfer, or otherwise export or re-export any technical data or other restricted information to any foreign person (including any foreign national, foreign business or foreign government) either in the United States or abroad without fully complying with U.S. export controls including obtaining any necessary prior approval or license required from the appropriate agencies of the U.S. Government
- Seller shall ensure employee awareness of their contribution to product conformity, product safety and the importance of ethical behavior
- Suppliers are required to meet/exceed 99% product quality and 95% on-time delivery
